Gas fryers – ADA FG fryers are designed mainly for frying French fries, portions of chicken, meat and fish, as well as vegetables, donuts and faworki. ADA FG fryers are made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel AISI 304. Our certified fryers are characterized by reliability in operation, low gas consumption while generating high heat power and short frying time, which ultimately allows you to obtain a juicy and tasty product.
ADA FG fryers have a cold chamber where the remains of the prepared product settle – because the oil temperature in the chamber is lower, small particles of fried products do not get burned, so they do not contaminate the oil and extend its life. Our gas fryers are equipped with safeguards that protect them against excessive oil temperature. Safe and quick start of the burners is guaranteed by the use of a spark arrester, a piezoelectric igniter and a temperature control knob. Together with the fryer, the customer receives a set of baskets and covers.
ADA FG 8 and FG 2×8 oil fryers are free-standing gas fryers. However, FG 15 and FG 2×15 use a stand (which is a set with the device) with adjustable stainless steel legs. ADA FG 8, FG 2×8 and FG 11R gas fryers (intended for frying fish) must be placed on a stand or a countertop with a hole to ensure adequate air flow to the device. This is due to the fact that direct heating of the oil takes place from below. Moreover, the oil drain valve is located on the bottom of the device.
