ADA SCG gas pressure fryers are professional catering devices designed for frying products in hot oil under pressure. Pressure fryers are made of acid-resistant stainless steel (AISI 316L and AISI 304 noble steel). The device is suitable for frying not only meat products – such as breaded chicken, pork, fish, but also vegetables (potatoes, mushrooms) and fruit. The device ensures a short frying time without oil penetrating the product, which in turn ensures excellent taste.

The ADA SCG pressure fryer is equipped with a special cold chamber where the remains of prepared dishes settle. This allows you to separate unwanted products from the actual meal; because the temperature in the chamber is lower, food remnants falling into it do not burn, so they do not contaminate the oil and extend its shelf life for the frying process. Our gas pressure fryers are equipped with safeguards that protect them against excessive oil temperature. Safe and quick start of the burners is guaranteed by the use of a spark arrestor with a temperature control knob. Each of our devices has protection against overheating, and thanks to the use of special regulating valves, the pressure inside the frying chamber is constantly controlled and does not pose any threat. The design of the pressure fryer is based on adjustable legs. The fryer can be powered by natural or liquid gas.

Pressure fryers are equipped with frying baskets with dimensions of 240 x 240 x 200 mm. An additional option is a divided basket. The divided basket consists of 4 elements. The three upper elements have dimensions of 240 x 240 x 45 mm, while the lower basket is 10 mm higher – 240 x 240 x 55 mm.
