Piglet gas rotisseries

The ADA PG and ADA P rotating gas spit for piglets are made of high-quality, acid-resistant stainless steel. These devices are intended mainly for roasting piglets, but after installing appropriate forks or baskets, they can also be used to bake chicken, shanks and hams. The heating chamber of the ADA PG gas spit has an upwards-opening, glazed swing door on the front side, while the rear wall of the device is made of a glass pane. The glass we use in our devices is tempered. There are forks inside the heating chamber, and at the top, under the flue, there are gas burners. In ADA P rotisseries, the burners are located on the rear wall of the grill, and the door rotation axis is vertical. The thermal power with which the burners emit infrared radiation is controlled using knobs located on the device’s control panel. In the lower zone of the spit there is a movable bathtub into which fat from baked products flows. ADA PG and ADA P gas piglet spits can be powered by natural or liquid gas.

ADA rotisseries have thermo-electromagnetic protections that protect them against uncontrolled gas outflow and overheating.

ADA gas rotisseries are certified devices, which means that they have, among others: CE mark and are covered by compliance procedures verified by the Oil and Gas Institute in Krakow – National Research Institute. They meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/426 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 relating to devices burning gaseous fuels, as well as the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive LVD 2014/35/EU, the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive EMC 2014/30/EU and the National Institute of Hygiene.
