Chicken gas rotisseries

ADA rotary gas rotisseries are certified devices intended mainly for roasting chicken, as well as other types of meat, e.g. shanks and hams. Our rotisseries work great not only in stationary catering points, such as restaurants, bars or shops, but also in catering trailers and food trucks. We have been producing rotisseries for 25 years and we are constantly improving them for you. Our devices are distinguished by their efficiency and speed in toasting food – the use of special infrared burners allows for extremely fast and precise thermal processing and the final production of juicy, unbaked products. Thanks to low gas consumption, our devices are both ecological and economical. The solid construction of the spit made of acid-resistant stainless steel and the use of proven, certified components allow you to enjoy the reliability of the device and its intuitive operation.

In addition to forks, the 1U model is also equipped with a grate on which you can place products and toast them, just like in Salamander grills. The burners in the 1U rotating gas spit are placed under the flue. The rear corner wall is made of solid tempered glass.
We also offer gas chicken rotisseries in the Tandem version, which is an integral connection of two rotisseries.
